SAVING the PDF to your computer Once the PDF opens in your browser, you can go to FILE on the Menu Bar in some browsers and select SAVE and then choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file. If you don't have a MENU BAR, look for an icon like the one in the RED CIRCLE in the diagram at right. Clicking the down arrow should bring up a dialog box allowing you to choose where you want to save your file.
